Welcome to SVS Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, specifications, and liabilities associated with the use of our website and our services as a distributor and trading partner of solar energy systems and hardware components in Andhra Pradesh.
1. Services Overview
SVS Enterprises operates as a commercial trading firm and distributor representing national and international solar manufacturing brands. Our online presence serves as a portal for information, quote generation, and marketing lead intake for:
- Distribution of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
- Trading in solar off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid string inverters.
- Supply of solar agricultural pumping kits and accessories.
- Wholesale trade of battery banks, mounting rails, and DC cables.
2. Proposals and Sales Agreements
Any technical drawings, product capacity guides, price lists, or delivery estimations provided on this website do not represent an absolute sale offer. Final procurement details are dictated by dedicated Proforma Invoices (PI) and sales contracts. SVS Enterprises reserves the right to decline distribution orders based on component availability or transport limitations within specific remote districts of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Shipping, Logistics, and Inspection
SVS Enterprises coordinates equipment distribution from its Vijayawada hubs. Unless specified differently in the commercial contract:
- Delivery: Cargo ownership transfers according to agreed Ex-Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) terms.

4. Manufacturer Warranties
As a trading distributor, SVS Enterprises passes on all performance and structural warranties provided by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). SVS Enterprises does not independently issue separate warranties on module performance, degradation levels, or mechanical failures, but will assist registered partners in filing warranty claims with original manufacturers.

The "SVS Enterprises" branding, custom logo, layout templates, CSS style declarations, and website content are the intellectual property of SVS Enterprises. Replicating website layouts, SVG assets, or product descriptions for competing solar trading entities in India is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
SVS Enterprises will not be held liable for indirect, accidental, or operational damages resulting from solar system installations, grid-connection delays with local distribution companies (APSPDCL/APEPDCL), or equipment mismatch occurring post-purchase.
7. Governing Law
These terms and all related trade transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our solar distribution and marketing channels will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
